1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Neropix's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Neropix provides Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising management services for D2C brands. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Campaign strategy and planning
  • Ad creative development
  • Campaign setup and management
  • Performance monitoring and optimization
  • Reporting and analytics

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business and product information
  • Granting necessary access to advertising accounts
  • Timely payment of fees
  • Compliance with Meta's advertising policies
  • Providing feedback and approvals in a timely manner

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • Monthly fees are due in advance
  • Ad spend is managed separately and billed directly by Meta
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy

5. Intellectual Property

All creative materials, strategies, and methodologies developed by Neropix remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use these materials for their advertising purposes during the service period.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, business data, and advertising strategies. This confidentiality extends beyond the termination of our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Neropix's liability is limited to the monthly service fee paid. We are not responsible for:

  • Meta platform changes or policy updates
  • Account suspensions due to client policy violations
  • Market conditions affecting ad performance
  • Third-party integrations or technical issues

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • All campaigns will be paused
  • Final reporting will be provided
  • Account access will be transferred back to client
  • Outstanding fees remain due

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
